Who we are
This site, digiwagon.com, is run by DigiWagon Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India, with offices at 1013, 10th Floor, Shivalik Shilp, ISKCON Cross Road, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, and 1st Floor, Oberoi Commerz II, Western Express Highway, Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063.
For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations we are the controller of the personal data described here; for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are the data fiduciary. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@digiwagon.com or on +91 97234 58794.
This policy covers digiwagon.com only. It does not cover the products we build for clients, or the third-party sites this site links to.
What we collect and why
When you write to us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, the purpose of your enquiry, a subject and a message. The form is submitted to Zoho CRM, the customer relationship system we use to reply to and keep track of enquiries. We use what you send us to answer you, to follow up on a conversation you started, and to keep a record of it. Some pages pre-fill the subject or the message for you from a choice you made on the page, such as the outcome finder or a tool's results; nothing is sent until you press send.
Legal basis (EU and UK): taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to and recording enquiries. DPDP Act: your consent, given by sending the form.
When you book a call
The “Book a 30-minute call” links open Zoho Bookings on zohobookings.in, where you choose a time and give your details to the scheduling service. That page is Zoho's; its own privacy notice applies to what you enter there, and we receive the booking.
How the site is used
With your consent, and only then, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, in what order, for how long; clicks, scrolling and mouse movement; the kind of device and browser; and the approximate location derived from your network address. Clarity can replay a visit as an anonymous recording and draws heatmaps from many visits; it masks the text you type into forms. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Neither service is loaded until you accept analytics in the cookie banner, and both stop when you withdraw that choice.
Legal basis: consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time with the “Cookie settings” control in the footer of every page.
Personalised links to our company profile
When we send you a link to one of our company profile decks, the link may carry a short tag naming the organisation we sent it to. If you have accepted analytics, the deck you opened, how far you read and whether you downloaded the PDF are recorded under that tag, so we know which conversations our material is reaching. The tag names an organisation, never a person, and it does nothing if analytics is declined.
Technical records
Like every website, ours receives your network (IP) address, browser type and the page you asked for on each request. Our hosting keeps these in server logs for security and to keep the site running, and we look at them only when something needs investigating.
Content from other companies
Client films on this site are YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; a film loads only when you press play, and YouTube's notice applies from that moment. The maps on our contact page load only when you press “Load the map”, and Google's notice applies to the map. The “Ask an AI” buttons open ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google or Grok in a new tab with a question about the page you were reading; what you do there is between you and that service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising on this site and we set no advertising cookies.
Where data is processed
We are based in India, so what you send us is processed there. Google and Microsoft may process analytics data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data leaves the EU or the UK, we rely on our processors' data processing agreements and the standard contractual clauses they provide, alongside the safeguards described under Security.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries stay in our CRM for as long as we are in touch with you and for our records afterwards; ask and we will delete them.
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for no longer than 14 months; Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and aggregated heatmaps for up to 13 months, on Microsoft's published schedule.
- Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again.
- Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and then rotated.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw a consent you gave. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable form, and to complain to a supervisory authority:
- EU and UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent; complaints go to your national data protection authority or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
- India (DPDP Act 2023): access to a summary of your data and its processing, correction and erasure, a grievance redressal process, and the right to nominate someone to act for you; complaints go to the Data Protection Board of India.
- United States: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; you can still ask to know, correct or delete what we hold.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@digiwagon.com. We will confirm your identity in the least intrusive way that works and answer within the time the applicable law allows — a month under the GDPR, extendable where a request is complex.
Security
DigiWagon Technologies is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001 (quality management). This site is served over HTTPS only, hosts its own fonts, images and scripts rather than loading them from third parties, and gives access to enquiry data only to the people who need it to respond. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we design for it.
Children
This site is for businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When the site starts or stops doing something described here, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes to how we use your data will be announced on this page before they take effect.
