Our Solutions
Instead of a traditional keyword search engine, we architected a sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform. This approach goes beyond simply finding documents; it understands context, retrieves relevant passages, and generates new, synthesized answers.
Retrieval
The system performs dense semantic retrieval over PDFs, PPTs, images, and video transcripts using Azure AI Search.
Augmentation
Retrieved passages and page/slide snippets are injected into a prompt to ground the Large Language Model (LLM), preventing hallucinations and ensuring answers are based on the company's own data.
Generation
The LLM composes precise answers and summaries with page-level citations, powering a “content cart” for creating new, editable outputs.
Guardrails
The platform is secured with SSO and role-based filtering at retrieval time, ensuring users only see data they are authorized to access.
